Membership cancellation terms
These terms apply to Premium Profile and Premium Stylist memberships, whether billed monthly or yearly.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid membership at any time. Start from the self-service cancellation page and sign in with the email address attached to your membership. The secure billing portal only opens for your own account.
Start membership cancellationRenewal and paid access
A cancellation stops all future renewals. Your paid membership and its benefits remain active through the end of the monthly or yearly period you have already paid for. Paid access ends when that period ends.
Refunds
We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time in a paid period, except where required by law.
These terms cover paid Premium Profile and Premium Stylist memberships only. They do not change free memberships or appointment cancellation policies.
